May 31st
Party Ella blu (discuss dresses, get opinions, get fitted for everything if you have not already)

June 1st
Meeting ( bring tickets sheets) sponsor names, logos, any money you have for order
forms, videos etc, meeting at 11am at 6949 Market inside the Budweiser meeting, if you are a teen please bring one parent, we are very limited on space, if you cannot attend please send one representative on your behalf

June 2nd
Swimsuit show at the Garden info to be given out

June 4th, 5th & 6th
Rehearsals at 6pm Push fitness(located at 6440 gateway east adjacent to guitar center) -please wear heels

June 7th
Adventure zone 7 to 9 pm for fun ( I would like everyone to try and attend)

June 8th
All logos, bios, money owed, any orders needed. We will be at 6949 Market from 10 am to 2 pm inside the Budweiser Bldg

June 11th,12th & 13th
Rehearsals at 6pm Push Fitness (located at 6440 gateway east adjacent to guitar
center) please wear heels

June 9th
Swimsuit preview at Cielo Vista mall at 3pm please arrive by two

June 15th
Everything is due contracts, ticket money, last minute logos, last minute bios, etc , we
will be at 6949 Market street from 10 am to 1 pm

June 15th
Photogenic competition at Sunland park mall 330 pm

June 19th
Interviews starting at 4 pm at UTEP Magoffin, you will be given a schedule on what
time to arrive

June 20th
Rehearsals at Magoffin at 6 pm on stage

June 21 & June 22nd
Pageant must be there at 5:30 pm

June 22nd
After party Lotus
